The service
Shaw Tech Lab LLC operates a missed-call recovery service for small businesses. When you telephone a business that uses this service and no one is available to answer your call, you will hear a recorded message offering to send you a text message containing that business’s online ordering link.
How you consent
You consent by pressing 1 on your phone keypad during that call. If you do not press 1, no text message is sent to you. There is no other way to opt in to these messages, and we do not add callers to any list.
What you receive
If you press 1, you will receive one text message containing a link to the business’s online ordering page. We do not send marketing messages, promotional offers, or follow-up messages.
You will receive one message each time you press 1. This is not a recurring message program. Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to any message you receive.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages.

Carrier limitations
Text messages cannot be delivered to landline telephones. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Your information
We use your phone number solely to send the message you requested. We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers to third parties or lead generators, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
